We have made every possible effort to ensure that the content is accurate. We reserve the right to amend any errors and update the website at our discretion.

Delivery Policy
Please read the shipping section of our website

Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will email you as soon as possible giving you the option of delivering your order without the item and then forwarding it on later at no extra charge or holding your order until the item is back in stock or the option of an alternative.

Refund/Cancelation Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your sweets. Please email us in the first instance to let us know what the problem is. We do our best to ensure that all sweets are sent out in perfect condition. We cannot accept responsibility for the climatic conditions once the sweets have left our shop e.g Chocolate melting on a hot day.
If you receive goods which are faulty and wish to return them. Please let us know immediately, at least within 5 days of receiving them. We will then give you instruction on how to return the product and you will receive a full refund for both the product and postage within 14 days of us receiving it.
If you simply change your mind. Due to our products being food/perishable we cannot accept a return or offer a refund.
If you wish to cancel an order. If you get in touch before an order is dispatched we can issue a refund. However once your goods have been dispatched there is nothing we can do.

Allergy Information 
All our products are prepared in areas where nuts are present. Allergen information is included in the sweets description.

We will be pleased to answer any questions you may have. However, we can only rely on the information given to us by suppliers. Take care when ordering, we cannot be held responsible for the suitability of a sweet for an individual.

Privacy Policy
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties
