Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will email you as soon as possible giving you the option of delivering your order without the item and then forwarding it on later at no extra charge or holding your order until the item is back in stock.
Problem?
We do our best to ensure that all sweets are sent out in perfect condition. We cannot accept responsibility for the climatic conditions once the sweets have left our shop
e.g Chocolate melting on a hot day.
In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with the sweets you receive from The Traditional Sweet Shop please email us in the first instance to let us know what the problem is before returning them to us with a receipt for the return postage. You will be refunded for the sweets and postage in full.
Allergy Information
All our products are prepared in areas where nuts are present.
We will be pleased to answer any questions you may have. However, we can only rely on the information given to us by suppliers. Take care when ordering, we cannot be held responsible for the suitability of a sweet for an individual.

Our payment processing is carried out by Paypal and complies with the highest privacy regulations. The Traditional Sweet Shop does not have access to your card details.
We do not divulge any of your information to third parties.
